Blueberry Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
For The Brownie:
200g butter 150g caster sugar
35g cocoa 2 eggs, beaten
90g plain flour, sifted
For The Cheesecake:
375g cream cheese (room temperature) 100g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs, beaten
170g frozen blueberries
Method
1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 20 cm by 30 cm brownie pan with baking paper.
To make the brownie, melt
butter in a saucepan, remove from heat and add sugar and cocoa. Stir well. Whisk
in beaten eggs, then fold
through sifted flour. Pour into prepared pan.
2. For the cheesecake, beat cream cheese, castor sugar and vanilla with a mixer
till smooth. Slowly add
beaten eggs, mixing well in between. Gently pour cheesecake mixture on top of
brownie mixture in pan. For
a marbled effect, using a fork, drag small amounts of brownie through the cheese
cake. Scatter blueberries
on top and bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before
cutting.
Ieri,nora mea, Andreea ,a fost sefa la bucatarie.Eu m-am delectat privind si invatand,caci niciodata nu-i prea tarziu ca sa inveti ceva.Prajitura este in premiera si a iesit parfumata,delicioasa si …putina.Oricum,eu am mancat doar o bucata,ieri.Pana si fiul meu, care le-ar fi mancat pe toate,dupa mancarea la wok destul de satioasa ,s-a abtinut.Mai e si azi o zi .Azi gatesc eu varza cu carne de vita,tot in premiera caci eu stiu doar cu carne de porc sau fara carne.
Daca nu avem afine le putem inlocui cu zmeura,capsune sau alte fructe parfumate si moi.Se gassc congelate la supermarket.
